Black Locust Honey

Black locust honey is light in color, with a sweet, floral aroma. Because of its lighter taste, it’s a great choice for children and pairs perfectly with cheese. This honey has no aftertaste, and just a slight hint of vanilla.

 

Black locust honey comes from black locust trees, which are a huge source of nectar for honey bees. In late spring, the trees produce beautiful white flowers which attract many bees. The trees need lots of sun, which makes the area of southern Bosnia the perfect place for them to grow.
